Heavy Rain Causes Flooding in Mexico International Airport
Heavy Rain has led flash floods in Mexico’s International Airport. The rain led to the nearby rivers to overflow and that water then managed to make its way to the airport terminal. Some customers decided to stay put inside the terminal and found they had to walk around in the flowing water which was far from clean. It is reported that over the past three days, a whole years worth of rainfall has fallen in the area. The airport has now been closed and will remain that way until authorities decide that it is safe enough to reopen.
