Digg Releases Digg Video, Shows Trending Videos Of The Day

Digg has been a social news aggregator for many years, but has remained focused on text based sharing and articles. They have finally decided to make an improvement on this and have created Digg Video, which looks and acts pretty much like the Digg Homepage, but shares videos instead, and allows you to vote for your biggest trending video of the day. Expect some massive YouTube spam for traffic as this initially kicks off and gets a lot of press coverage around the web, and becomes a trend itself. It is very easy to use and will allow you to show the world which of those YouTube hits you felt was the best, and of course other websites and webpages that have video content included within them.
